CY-30A Diesel fuel tank cleaning machine

This kind of diesel fuel tank cleaning machine can be used to clean all kinds of diesel tank.

There is no need to disassemble fuel tanks and pipes when you use this machine. Firstly, it pumps the diesel fuel in the tank through oil-control pipe; secondly the diesel fuel is sent to the rough filtration tank for the primary filter, in which some large-grained impurity and water will be removed; thirdly, the diesel is pressurized by the gear pump, and then sent to the refined filtration tank, in which the small-grained impurity will be removed. After the twice filtration, the cleaned diesel fuel spouts from the high-pressure tube to the side channels and blind areas, and stirs up the sediments in the tank. And the diesel will cycle at the speed of 32L/min. Finally, the fuel tank and diesel fuel become clean.

Operating Methods:               

Method 1: The direct cycling way.

1. Bend the nozzle to a proper angle, and then insert the nozzle into the side channels through the round hole in the separator.
2. Insert the pumping pipeline to the bottom of the fuel tank or the dog ear of side channels.
3. Turn on power; then turn the switch in clockwise direction that is the right direction of cleaning.
4. Handle the spary lance, make the nozzle aim at the inner wall and blind areas.

Method 2: Drain the fuel and then cycle.

1. Put a clean container under the fuel tank, and then unsrew the pumping screw to drain the diesel fuel.
2. Put the fuel pipeline into the container; insert the injection pipeline into the fuel tank.
3. Put on power, and then turn the switch in clockwise direction
4. Swing the spary lance to make sure the spray nozzle clean the whole fuel tank, especially the inner wall and blind areas.
